I'm Cheering for This Lawsuit!

In almost every case of people suing other people because they are offended in some way by the other's behaviour or words or actions I am completely opposed to the courts even entertaining the idea. BUT .... Given the consistent stream of Ridiculous suits by groups such as the ACLU and CAIR .... Add Richard Warman to that list ..... in this case I'm On Board!
