Novel Approach By Government Regulator

The US telecom regulator FCC Chair Kevin Martin has gone WAY out on a limb on the Net Neutrality issue.

In a move that is sure to unsettle regulatory bureaucrats everywhere Mr. Martin has elected to NOT create new regulations to deal with a problem.

"I do not believe any additional regulations are needed at this time," Martin said,
