A Pre-Christmas Beer!

Corporal's Bitter Brown Ale

A rich copper coloured ale that pours clear into the glass. A short lived cap of tan foam and a steady effervescence rising through the body keep the brew looking fresh and inviting.

The beverage offers up a wonderful aroma of toasted malt and strong floral hops, also there's an undertone of spices to go along with the solid foundations. On the nose I'd rate this one as an A+.......
The palate sensation starts out with a strong bitter blast that fades into a malty treat and finishes good and clean. The feeling is sharp at first and then smooth without any grainy or cloying sensations.

A big thank you to Mr. William Lyon MacKenzie Redux for the sample.

Merry Christmas and Cheers!
