For one of the longest articles a CP source has bothered to write we have this:

Headline "Rampant sexual abuse of native children in residential schools"

Yes .. Of course .. Never mind the testimony of the hundreds of teachers and administrators who were completely dedicated to educating and improving the living standards of the children.

The accepted standard for a news item is only the claims of the people who are making an industry out of exploiting the perceived victims.
Never a word shall be spoken to contradict the claims and certainly never a question as to the validity of the claims will come from the media.
