Yeah sure it's earmarked for what officially is described as aid to refugees and victims of conflict.
But what is it really?
Another load of taxpayers money to fill the faces of trough hog NGOs and allow them to bring both material and moral support to criminals and thugs like Hamas?
BTW - that's now a $120 million commitment by the US.
