So Did Ya Hear the One About the Hack Who Moved to Alaska?

Turns out that this Boston Turd Sniffer named Joe McGinniss figures that getting a really close view of our Favorite Alaskan Family should be good for his business.

I give him 30 days tops before he decides to split.

30 days? Alaska's nice, and its summer time. He'll be there til Winter comes and his lease is over. Unless you're implying 30 days of being Palin's neighbor is all anyone can stand.

It's still a free country though, he's free to write his book and move next door to whomever he wants. At least he's making an attempt to study the subject of his book rather than simply writing down whatever he can, give the man at least that much credit.

Well Reed .... that's all very fair minded. Make what you want of it.

I doubt however that McGinniss is such a fair minded soul. Based on his track record to date what evidence is there that he's worthy of such consideration?

As for his writing down whatever he can as you put it, that would not necessarily change just because he has a front row seat to the Palin back yard. As for his motivation, all indications are that he is looking for muck to rake. Character or lack of it is often demonstrated in behavior.

If he really wanted to know the family he could have gone and knocked on the front door like a decent and civilized person.

I doubt if living next door to the Palins is any problem. It is not them that would be the issue. I rather think that the sniffers about like Joe would be the biggest annoyance and detriment to any neighbours.

So, it is the neighbours and locals who are most likely to resent and discourage his presence.

And BTW .... summer in Alaska is black flies, mosquitos and deer flies.

I'm betting Joe isn't up to dealing with the environment.

Time will tell!

Wait 'til he figures out the locals are giving him a little extra in his cheeseburgers...
