The US is now viewed in the third tier of nations with a positive rating of 70-79 ... behind such paragons of law abiding governance as: Chile, The Bahamas, Uruguay and France.
Canada is positioned in the second tier with a cleanliness rating of 80-89.
Of course it does not help that we are saddled with Quebec, Indian Reserves and Toronto.
