Terror Bomb Plot in Germany - Failed not Foiled
Terrorists in Germany attempted to bomb trains in late July!
The bombs did not go off because they were defective.
There is no word on any success in the subsequent investigation.

Very interesting. Local media said nothing about this whatsoever.
