OMMAG... Noticed this quote in the news:
"It's very important for us to sequence these big initiatives in a way where they don't all just crash at the same time" ......
Grapes is my benchmark for crankiness. If I find myself saying anything I've heard him say or could picture him saying....it's time to take a few deep breaths and back off!
I still have the first one on VHS, even though I don't have a VHS anymore. I wonder if Blue is still alive.....I stopped watching HNIC about 11 years ago.
I thought he had multiple Blue's over the years - kind of like George Foreman and his many kids name George?
Love him or hate him, there's no denying that Grapes has an undying love for his country. He's politically incorrect, grumpy, and occasionally says things that make me do a double take and scream "what"? at my TV - but he's also patriotic, charitable, kind hearted, open, honest, straight forward, friendly, a long time supporter of the Canadian Forces and someone who is not afraid to say that they love Canada (and why).
He's one of a kind. It's a shame we don't have more like him.
The boos were very disrespectful. No matter who the guest or visitor is, there should never be any boos from the Members of Parliament. Of course, they are so used to it, they are forgotten how to be civil.
