Considering the number of unsolved murders and disappearances in Lotus Land and few things like the length of time Robert Pickton was free to abduct and slaughter hookers before they got a clue.... and the fact that Vancouver cops have basically given up even trying to curb the blatant street trade in narcotics.

I'm actually kind of surprised that someone from Vancouver's Keystone Kops managed to actually come up with an idea!

Even if it is too bloody likely in the first place....
