The Little Honda

Cyclechaos.com
The Little HONDA ........ that iconic scooter from the early 60s that spawned a revolution in the North American motor cycle market.
Actually ... arrived on the scene in 1958 ... but we never saw any until about 1963.

This is the motorbike that more people in this world started riding than any other ... period.

Today a friend and I began a restoration project on an early model ... believed to be a 1963 Super Cub ... a barn find complete with hay and straw stuck in every crevice of the machine....

good luck with that. post pics when yer done, eh?

i was never interested in real motorbikes, but loved the simple mobility of the moped i had in high school. a different set of road rules applied to mopeds, allowing me to get around town faster than a car, and less grief/more convenience than a motorcycle.
and i could park it anywhere, like at a bike rack.
