Those who know me, know very well my low regard for jerks and dumbasses driving on the public roads.

Over the years I've witnessed a few instances of cops driving like dicks and it pisses me off to no end.

Department of Environmental Conservation?

Why the heck the city of New York has a police force dedicated to "Environmental Conservation" is just one question that arises out of this story.

Besides that, why are they bullying their way through traffic?
Why are they acting like they are on some kind of emergency mission?
