UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court said he believes he has evidence to prove who is most responsible for crimes against humanity in Sudan's Darfur region.

Luis Moreno Ocampo told the UN Security Council he plans to submit the case in February to the court's judges, who must review the evidence and decide whether the case should proceed. "The case will show evidence of wilful killings, massive rapes, tortures and pillaging of entire villages," Ocampo told reporters afterward........

Yes the atrocities are very real...the ABILITY and even the WILL of the UN to pursue any meaningful response is a HUMBUG!
