From Today's Toronto Sun Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty moans like the useless bitch that he is!
Vicki points out in the comments that I mistakenly identified the SUN as the Red Rag of Toronto - It's not!

In other words "We can't manage our own responsibilities so The Rest of Canada should pay for our incompetence!"
