Yep that's right after decades of effort to create a vibrant urban environment where thousands enjoy the opportunity to socialize and and mingle TO's downtown entertainment district is under attack by socialist tax loving regulating bozos who can't stand to see a good thing go untarnished.
Or maybe they're just peeved that those panhandlers are getting crowded out by folks who actually work for a living!
