They Could Have Used It For Fuel !

"VANCOUVER - British Columbia's pine-beetle devastated forest is belching out enough carbon to equal Canada's average annual forest fire emissions, says a new report from scientists at the Ministry of Natural Resources Canada."
As someone who has been involved in several projects that would have resulted in a beneficial use of the BC "Bug Wood" I have this to say:
It is entirely the responsibility of the BC government and its bureaucrats that this came about!
The fact that we have arrived at the point where the wood is rotting in the forest is the direct result of government bungling and mismanagement at every level and at every step from the initial identification of the Pine Bark Beetle problem to now!
They have taken NO leadership and no action to arrive at anything BUT this complete fiasco.
