Friday's Beer !

Well it's that time of year again!

Our friends from Keewatin St. here in Winnipeg have one of my seasonal favorites back .....
The follow up to the delicious Weizen Bock in the form of a genuine German Hefeweizen style beer!

Weizen Heimer

Brewmaster Dave and The boys really put their heart and soul into it!

A lite and hoppy summer time beverage that pours Golden but hazy and delivers a sweet summery melange of aromas that is really pleasing. The flavor is just like what you find in a German beer garden in summer and gives away nothing in quality. There's a unique malt that reminds me of wild hazzlenuts with a hint of spice combined with just the right kind of hop that leaves you with that bit of citrus on the palate. Finishing clean and refreshing there is plenty of reason to have another draught!

She's all about pleasing the senses ....... smelling good and tasting even better!

This year the Weizen comes in a 341ml bottle with screw caps and 5.0% abv.
