Not Waiting for Friday !
Canada Day seems like a good opportunity to get out in the yard.
Sunshine ..... really warm weather ..... some beef brisket .... some beer...... It's 30 degrees celcius and we've got a nice breeze ...... good shade in the yard and no bugs.
A six pack of These in a bucket of ice.... about two pounds of brisket slow cooking on the grill with my special dry rub and hickory smoke chips mixed with apple wood.

Hey, just thought for a later post, you might want to try Russell Cream Ale.
It's originally from my original home, Surrey, BC, but they bought out Fort Garry and they're now brewing it in Winnipeg.
I found it a couple of days ago at the LC at the corner of Pembina and Kirkbridge. It's only in cans, at least for now. It's not quite as good in the can as it is on tap, but I think it's still pretty awesome. Worth a try, anyhow...
