Obama White House Texting It In to Iran
Surprisingly ... Associated Press reports on this:
The White House WASHINGTON (AP) — White House officials phoned a blogger from a popular left-leaning Web site on Monday evening to tell him that President Barack Obama had been impressed with his online reporting about Iran. Could the writer pass along a question from an Iranian during the president's news conference on Tuesday?
Irony on a number of levels
Read the whole thing! for the question and answer! Aside from the piss poor effort of CP to actually report the question, The Teleprompter was too precious ... Throwing Iranians Under the bus... of course ... At least they should no longer be under any illusion that the Obama White House is going to do anything substantive for them ... not even offering moral support.
I like this part :
"Given his substantive contacts and reporting in Iran, answering Pitney's question seemed like the best way to communicate to the Iranian people....."

Even if did a repsectible job of offering a real question from Iran.
The fault here is ALL in the Obama house.
Choosing a blogger is a good thing ... choosing ONE that was so obvioulsy from the reservation was NOT.
The fact that AP reports this in a critical manner shows that they are miffed.
You will note that in most reports of this press conference there is NO mention of this question or that repsonse.
