When Winnipeg Gets Warm

It's Global Warming ..... Right?

Today after the worst spring weather in memory after one of the worst winters in memory...

yeah, and I spent the better part of about 4 hours in an attic Saturday sorting out a homeowner's electrical prowess (hey I need a plug in this room, I know I'll just run another circuit!)

I think I lost about 5 pounds just in sweat.

I have family and friends living in Winnipeg and must admit you are a hardy bunch who really take wind chill factors seriously. On a lighter note I will share this story. My boys went to a hot Carribbean spot last year for a holiday. They met two gals from the Peg who were very "up front" about sunbathing in the nude. Their excuse, "We're from Winnipeg, its never warm there!". Cheers Fern StAlbert
