Meet ... Pauwel's Kwak !
Pours a nice coppery amber with a blonde head that goes to lace quickly. The body clear and just slightly effervescent.
She's got that outdoorsy aroma of flowers, citrus and an undercurrent of honey and bakeshop.
Mouthwatering to say the least!
On the palate.... crisp and clean with a bit of after the fact dryness.. the hops are clean that flavour refreshing and sweet
As I sit here watching the bubbles rise through the happy glass .... I am wishing that I had more than ONE!
Other thoughts : HEY! I didn't get a glass!!! ???
