would you give a 30 year mtg to someone whose Eighty and doesn't have a pension? With no money down.
The greeks need to be bailed out because they are absolutely bankrupt.
The issue I'm talking about is the international bank tax to prop up the corupt and incompetent Europeons.
This is all like the Mo Strong Plan... encourage economic basketcases to spend and borrow beyond their means and use guilt to pressure others to pay for it.
Well ..... IMO ... the Greeks should pay their own way.
The question is now .... what will be the source of the next bailout for Greece?
