Just after 1 p.m., Wayne Foster, chief of the financial markets division, sent an e-mail to Mr. Hamilton and some others that said: "The market may already be moving. ROB TV reported this morning that an announcement is possible before the government falls. In the trust sector, Yellow Pages is up 4 per cent today on no company-specific news. In equities, BCE is up over 3 per cent." Speculators ?? Or Insiders??

At 3:32 p.m., a reporter from Reuters News Agency sent an e-mail to Mr. Gamble inquiring about a microphone set up in the lobby of the House of Commons. "Why the microphone at the lobby? Got something to say about income trusts?" It is not clear if Mr. Gamble responded.

Then, just as the press release was set to go out, everything was put on hold. "Hold up, we're delayed," said an e-mail from Mike Woollatt, a policy adviser, sent at 4:25 p.m. to Mr. Hamilton and several others. "Tomfoolery in the House." Tomfoolery?? OR Some yet to be NAMED LIBERAL getting caught by his GANG and the HOLD put in place to allow time to plan for the Cover Up the SPIN and the Obfuscation! IS it Damage Control Time??

Finally, just after 5 p.m., the press release was issued and Mr. Goodale announced the news. That night, at 11:30 p.m., Ms. Levonian sent an e-mail to a group of colleagues titled "What a day. . ."

Oh...and by the way the Globe Article wraps up by ignoring the widespread trading that has been linked to Liberal Connected individuals and companies ...just as the RCMP did!

Keep saying "Case Closed" long enough and it becomes ...a FACT??
