Personally .... I always thought that NOT sanctioning Cuba would have helped get rid of Castro a LOT sooner than waiting for nature .... but in some areas I'm an eternal optimist.

Oh they Trip over it... and skip over it.... fall flat on their faces when smacked over the head with it....
But not very often do they speak it or live up to it.
