wtf? that can't be real.
Claims to be the result of Hydro Crews pulling up new lines.
The equipment operators were a kilometer or more away and the moose was rubbing his antlers on some bush ... got caught and yanked up .... when the ground crew saw the moose go up they called the pully crew and then the moose was let down.... no harm no foul.
Although I suspect a few Brown Demerits were issued!
