The NDP government is spending $88 million more than it is taking in.

Federal handouts now make up nearly 40% of our provincial government revenues, up from 27% when the NDP took office
Our provincial debt is increasing by 10%, $90 million of scheduled debt repayments are being cancelled.

Our provincial savings account is being depleted by 30% .

For every dollar of new tax cuts in this budget there are 13 dollars of new spending!




Not to mention:

The long standing hatred and contempt of the core NDP for business and capital investment. The anti-business labour laws. The nurse-nanny bureaucratic regimentation. The sick to the core educational system. The inevitable consequences of all this in addition to the criminal friendly justice system. The failed health care system. The entrenched parasitic bureaucracy. The even more thoroughly entrenched victim industry. And the billion or so in project overruns and yet to begin projects that the NDP have pledged your money and your children's money to!

The only thing that keeps this province from having the worst net performance is the fact that there was nothing good happening here before the general external economy tanked. That and the fact that we have a government in Ottawa that is managing to keep a lid on the stupidity.


But the socialists are happy!
