Noteworthy Example - Perversion of Logic

Health care trumps drug law: court

Safe injection; Ruling backs Vancouver's Insite facility

VANCOUVER - Equating a "supervised injection site" where drug addicts consume heroin, cocaine and crystal methamphetamine to a hospital, the B.C. Court of Appeal has dismissed a federal government challenge aimed at closing the facility.

In her reasons for judgment released yesterday, Madam Justice Carol Huddart wrote that federal laws prohibiting the possession and use of controlled substances at the Vancouver facility -- called Insite -- cannot supercede provincial health-care initiatives.

Substituting the concept of "Caring" for the "Rule of Law"

Just reason to believe that Liberalism is a Mental Disorder.

Are you implying that only Liberals have open minded views of drug laws and prohibition?

The safe injection clinic may or may not be a necessary evil, but I disagree with the premise that it is by its nature a Liberal entity.

I'm not implying anything ... I am stating quite clearly that conflating a needle exchange and supervised drug injection site with a medical facility is insane.

The name of the mental disorder in this case is liberalism.

An BTW ....so is the assertion that Federal law is subordinant to some vague concept of health care.
