On the heels of last weeks Harris - Decima / CP Poll putting the Conservative Party well ahead in the opinion of the public....
Today's theme on the National Election from CBC seems to be - How can the conservatives be doing so well?
Interview after commentary after blathering interview of other CBC insiders goes over the list of "Gaffs" and supposed controversies that should have put the Conservatives in their place and elevated the "natural governing party" to the status of at least equals in the eyes of the obviously uninformed populace.
Comical it was to observe the hairspray helmet putting on big grins and making nice with a CPC campaign spokesperson this morning as she transitioned from gritted teeth and sourpuss pursed lips while reading the storyline into "friendly TV interviewer".
Of course the overt question from CBC remains "How can this be?" .....
The unspoken question ... "What do we have to do to sway the public in the direction we wish?"
My question remains "Why do we have to pay $billion a year for this?"

I laughed on the radio when they said that,
1 lib candidate resigned in quebec for wanting to kill 150 natives which would have been on the front of every paper had a CPC er been in the same shoes.

and then they want to portray Dion as rugged? LOL,
