What other conclusion could they come to after reading the entrails of thelatest Harris-Decima poll (commissioned by the of course CP) Dead Goat ?
"The Canadian Press-Harris-Decima survey suggested that 72 per cent of respondents support the idea of quarterly updates, with only 20 per cent opposed. "
Never mind of course that the legislation proposed (before the stinkweed chewers ever saw it) already had the quarterly review built in as a way to ensure that there would be no arguments when the Government did reopen the budget for amendment.
Never would that stop either the LIberals from claiming credit for it nor the MSM from bestowing such lauding of their deep wisdom.
As if it was their God Given Right to do so!

Oh who cares what the riff raff think, most Canadians want the death penalty.
It's only important when it coincides with the MSM/LIEberal values.
Need I point out that CP had this in the can before the budget was even read?
