Librano Pocket Lining

Well .... it's not really a surprise that yet another left wing politician is found lining his pockets with taxpayer money.
Also no surprise that the first step is to set up a round of shrill Canada bashing and blaming those of us who actually give a shit about our nation for the problems they have in fact manufactured. Of course they also will pretend to be the "Saviours" and the only true defenders of "Canadian" values.

Turns out today that Bob The Boob Rae .... the guy who tanked the Ontario Economy as an NDP first minister back in the 90s.... has been talking up a storm as an advocate for first nations complaints.

Not that being an advocate for first nations complaints is necessarily anything more than a job or an avocation. The problem my friends is that Bob Rae is currently a sitting federal MP. He sits in the LIbrano benches and was appointed the interim LIberal leader in the wake of Count Ignatief's disapppearing ass.

So now we have a sitting MP who is the titular leader of a political party setting up an advocacy on behalf of people who are not his constituents. In addition he has involved himself with the most pathetic of the band of parasites seeking to perpetuate their own access to the public trough.
Hoping to take on an air of legitimacy through auspices of the greatest fraud in our time ... that being the UN and its agencies. Notice lately how the various minions of the UN have been very busy bashing just about everything Canadian?
Bob Rae + Uncle Mo Strong + UN + Grievance mongering parasites = you are getting screwed + It's about to get worse.

Unless of course there is an adult in the house with the sense to cut them off from the feedbag.

Birds of a feather ....... working against the interests of Canadians who actually contribute to our society. They care nothing for what are true Canadian Values in spite of all the pretense. They simply are the opportunistic raiders of our gardens and any offal they can glean from the waste pile of our fortunes that are stolen by governments.

Watch them screech and posture in the knowledge that they have been observed positioning themselves for a feast at the manger of our tax dollars.

Televangelist Presidency

After the SoTU address .... I was never more convinced of the shallow one and his true nature.

The political version of a Swaggart or Baker would be...

• Someone whose public personna is entirely manufactured and controlled
• Someone who only made appearances before the selected audience of accolytes
• Someone whose appearances were always staged and directed
• Someone who would be completely ineffectual whithout a script
• Someone who would never be able to function without the support of an inner circle to keep him from straying from the planned narrative
• Someone who can speak only in terms of wishes and hopes and fails to grasp terms of factual reality
• Someone who under scrutiny will demonstrate an inability to discern fact from perception
• Someone who cannot withstand scrutiny or contradiction
• Someone who will implore belief and at the same time invoke prejudices and guilt to achieve sympathy and support from the public
• Someone who comes to believe that the entire public must be converted to belief or punished for failing to do so
• Someone who cannot accept dissent or contradiction
• Someone whose first response to being held to account is to lie and blame others
• Someone who cannot accept responsibility for any personal failings and is quick to blame others when things go wrong
• Someone who is a textbook case of narcisistic psychopathy
• Some one who believes the lies they tell and tells them repeatedly
• Someone who is vulnerable to manipulation by powerful accolytes and advisers
• Someone who has no specific other accomplishment to recommend them
• Someone without any actual diginity or virtue

Politicians, Athletes and Blubbering Evangelical Frauds

Every time I witness the public exposure of someone who has lied and cheated their way to success I get the same feeling that I did when witnessing the televised meltdown of the lecher Swaggart or the embezzler Bakker or his wife Tammy.  Knowing that those creeps had been so transparent in their low class cons and often wondering just how people could be so stupid as to give money to the frauds I experienced a sense of vindication in their public confession and shaming. Justice!

Of course even the confessions they made were laced with the same maudlin and self serving dramatics ... they just can't help themselves, can they? But, the sight of the red faced Swaggart dripping snot, saliva and tears in his efforts to win sympathy from the gullible victims of his transgressions was truly entertaining in that it was just so pathetically fake. Likewise ... the tears and mucus of the fat faced Bakker and the mascarra and makeup mudslide from Tammy's balloon cheeks had me laughing till it hurt. Good times!

There have also been plenty of politicians fallen from public grace who have tried a similar path. The smart ones just say goodbye and thanks ... then gracefully disappear from the scene... until someone writes a book. The rest usually try to hang on to their sinecure for a while. Some just manage to hang on  no matter what ... indictments, convictions etc. don't seem to matter to some voters.

Of course we always have the example of Bill Clinton to remind us of how far a politician can go on nothing but chutzpa.

And so it goes that now the cycling champion Lance Armstrong has pursued the television confession route in some vain hope of sustaining his public image. Of course the venue he chose meant that there was no way in hell that I'd be watching, but there is some irony in having his confession heard by the high priestess of self help and fat bitch goddess of liberal ignorance and hypocrisy.

Damned shame though ... because in spite of the revelation that much of the accusations levelled against him over decades of competition ...Armstrong actually DID accomplish something by beating the crap out of the competition. Competition that is ... who were for the most part ...using the same performance enhancing medical technology that Armstrong was persecuted for. If there is any doubt about that you could just review the number of charges and convictions against all of the successful cylcing competitors since Armstrong retired. Suffice to say that most of this is the result of Armstrong NOT being there any longer.

In any case .... I'm not buying the efforts to salvage something of career or reputation .... Lance Armstrong is Dead to Me forevermore.

NOW ... I'm waiting for OBAMA's turn.
