Been a While ...

... Since I've seen an article in a mainstream rag that spoke the truth about the mainstream media.

National Post seems to have discovered that there actually is a problem in the media-sphere.

This piece notes some of the collapse that is occurring amongst various lefty-lib-lovers in the media as they feebly thrash about looking for reasons as to why they have fallen so low.... how all their efforts seem to be for naught. But ... of course ... too early for the shitwits to grasp the fact that the very reason for their own failure is that the fraudulent nature of their own games is recognized by ever increasing numbers in the public audience. Where once it was sufficient that they count their successes by thedepth and endurance of any disruption they might cause in the public sphere ... they are now faced with being forced to self examine. I relish their pain.

So ... how is it that even MSM insiders are starting to sound like they have discovered some previously unknown truth?

Well ... just chalk it up to facing the inevitable. With the long overdue collapse of the LPC there isn't much for the hardcore lib lovers to cheer about and the fairweather bandwagon riders, drum thumpers and trumpet tooters can easily slide off the left turn track just so they have something to write about. Never mind that bloggers have been showing up the MSMers for years over the ingrained bias of those self important fart sniffers and their incessant efforts to manufacture controversy in hopes of undermining any non-liberal politician.

For my part ... not being limited by an attention span that lasts about as long as rock of crack in a Toronto after hours club ... I won't be forgetting exactly how and for how long these cretins have had their way.

The MSM has been digging their own grave for decades in many ways .... the latest blow for the Canadian clique of these charlatans is the demise of their political cronies. The next step will be the feeding frenzy as they eat their own ... closely followed by hyperbolic descent into hysteria and delusion. Perhaps a few will manage to pull their heads out of their own asses long enough to remember what fresh air and sunshine is all about.... but the rest are going down in an inglorious spiral of self immolation.

I'll be here to chronicle and cheer that ....

The Progressive Propaganda Business

After looking around the news this morning I came across some links to the New York Times.

Being a US paper of well known and well deserved repute for taking the Left side of everything I seldom bother with them. This applies to pretty much all of our homegrown Canadian media as well ..... who tend to pick up on these bandwagon events and never give a thought to what the outcomes might be .... it's all just another opportunity to pitch to their audience.

But today a little bit of the Consequences comes back to bite their believers. Muslim Group Takes lead...

It seems that after those weeks of hyping the popular uprising against Mubarak in Egypt as a "Struggle for Democracy" by the nation's youth .... those so called youth have been shoved aside by the two groups that stand (and need) to benefit from the power vacuum created in the fervor of activists progressive wet dreams. In short, the Muslim Brotherhood and their various associated friends have made deals with military power brokers in Egypt to consolidate power and fast track the takeover of Egypt's government.

File that one under No Shit Sherlock!

Yeah Sure ... there's going to be an election ..... but given the fact that there will be no other choice but to support the militant Islamic terrorists and their new friends in the military ... or to waste their efforts supporting hopeless and ineffectual opponents to the Military/Islamist cabal... what the world now has is a coup d'etat.

So much for all that drum banging ... chanting and fist pumping about "Democracy" ... eh?

While the Times editorial staff and writers probably don't really give a shit about such consequences ... I am pretty sure that those useful idiots in Egypt who who allowed themselves to be stampeded by the activists and the media are having some sober thoughts now.

Consequences are a bitch and those of us who were predicting this outcome take little pleasure in being vindicated. Either way the MSM will continue to behave the same way in situations like this... the hope is that more of the public will wake up to the fact that what the Times and their ilk do is not news reporting. Perhaps even make an effort to figure out what is being left out, ignored or even lied about when they pick through these rags.

An open letter to Rush.... (I guess the writer just had a hard time finding anyone with the capacity to understand the depth of the betrayal endured by mainstream Democrats at the hands of the Obama Gang!)

I was a Democrat for 32 years before the heavy-handed push for Obama alienated me from the party…and I borrow what Hillary Clinton said about Republicans once, back when she was a Goldwater Girl, and will paraphrase by saying that I didn’t leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me.

After it beat me to a pulp, called me a racist, berated and insulted me, and used Alinsky Rules to hit me with everything it had. None of this has been forgotten by any of us.

Yep.... quite a few wiser heads of the Democrat sort were just told to shut up and step aside when they voiced concerns about the holy assumption of Obama ... propelled by the left and the lunatic fringe of the party.... and latched onto by the party leadership. They sold out the whole party for the sake of identity politics, marxist agitprop tactics and pandering to the freakshow of the far flung fairy dust left.

Not that I'd like to see a Klinton in the Whitehouse again ... In fact I'd just as soon see the whole Klinton gang in jail.

But I digress.......

Meanwhile back here in Canada eh..... our Conservative party is busy pandering to the left of center while the freakshow Liberal/Commie/Traitor triumvirate just keeps getting more deranged.
