Apparently it is now open season for whore mongering.

Word from the pimps and whores is "We cried tears of joy!"

Cops Defend Busting Cheerleader

They would .... wouldn't they?

Because ticketing students who are NOT breaking the law is easier than controlling actual hooligans?
 
Deputy chief of police Brent Shea claimed the rowdy crowd that day was the reason for the ticket.

Never mind that the rowdy crowd gathered largely after the police interfered with the impromptu cheer leading.

Or, that most of  the supposed public intoxication and acts of rowdyism occurred not on the street but rather at residences where university students lived.

Kind of funny ... how when the commies and their fellow drum banging freak show travelers are breaking the law .... those individuals get a protection detail for as long as they care to hang around.

On July 10, 2011... HPD officers decided they wanted to use a residence to set up a tactical post in an action against one neighbor of Anthony Mitchell. Mitchell told them he did not want them in his house.

The police smashed their way into his house, forced him to the floor at gunpoint and arrested him.

Nice ..............

Now the Mitchell family are suing.

I hope they get enough to retire and get the hell out of Henderson NV.

The "Official" Concern

After the criminal abuse of power by the RCMP in High River AB we have some well expressed concerns and intelligent analysis.

But NOT from the Commissioner of the RCMP ....

“quite concerned by the sharp criticism that has arisen in the media with respect to the gun seizures from evacuated homes.   Naturally this is quite troubling to me, and I am sure to you, as indeed it must be to many Canadians who wonder what was going on in High River.”

This shaved head political weasel is "concerned" about media criticism ... NOT about the criminal actions of his underlings.

160 Taxpayers

Showed up at  town council meeting in Oak Harbor WA just a couple of days ago....

BECAUSE?

Last month one of their council members tried to have a veteran expelled from the council meeting.
The underlying issue and the thing that prompted the council Person (a mr. Almberg)  to make such a public display of asshattery ... was a ban on firearms in selected areas of the municipality.

The entirely illegal ban was getting this Almberg guy a lot of contempt from the veteran and others in the public meeting.  Of course those typically thin skinned liberals who so enjoy lording over others from their self appointed pinacles of moral superiority... just hate to get the disrespect they so richly deserve.
Apparently ... last month's meeting ended with nothing being done about either the offending statute or the offensive behaviour of the sanctimonious Member.

So this month .... they came the meeting to show support for veteran Lucas Yonkman who Councilmember Almberg tried to have kicked out of City Hall last month, including Joe Hawkins who openly mocked him. "Mr. Almberg I just want you to know that I have a concealed ham sandwich right here I don't want you to get up and walk away," he chuckled. 

Most attended the meeting to oppose the city's ban on guns in parks and the marina. (The Second Amendment Foundation had threatened to sue if the ordinance wasn't overturned.) 

The city council eventually voted to overturn the ban, which the interim city attorney had told the members was unconstitutional. The council did not call for the resignation of fellow member Almberg, which a few people had called for.
After the meeting, he said he hopes the city can move past this and get onto more important business. 

Which would be exactly what the town council should have been doing in the first place!

The other interesing thing about this episode of public resistance to government over reaching and uncalled for meddling .... that was 160 "mostly armed" citizens lawfully putting those meddling politicians and bureaucrats in their proper place. Not ONE SHOT was fired or threatened.

Canadian Media ... Cheshire Cat

With a hat tip to Small Dead Animals ... the Saskatchewan based blog that ... In My Opinion ... has done more to inform and educate the world on the FACTS about the Canadian Wheat Board than the entire mainstream media or the collective propaganda that has been promoted by government agencies .... or the entire realm of academia.

Since taking the WCB on as an issue the SDA crew of contributors and commenting readers has well dissected every point of view and most of the blather ... both pro and con ... that has been tossed about in the public realm.

Since the federal government has put an end to its agencies enforced rule and power to prosecute objectors to the agency mandates, the question of whether membership and subscription to the WCB services is beneficial or not will be decided by farmers instead of government "experts" and bureaucrats. Strike ONE large blow for freedom.

Striking the second blow for freedom against this abuse of government, the Prime Minister has put forward and taken the initiative to pardon victims of the WCBs over reaching bureaucrats who committed the "crime" of selling or trying to sell their own property outside of the wheat board.

Remember that the WCB was the creation of liberals in government and in the grain business and supported by some farmers. The WCB was defended and supported in public by liberal media and academics who favour government intervention over individual initiative.

Remember also that these same "progressives" favour the pardon and enforced compensation of people like Maher Arrar and  argue for the repatriation of  Omar Khadr .... the same people whose hearts bleed for rioter, vandals and thieves of all stripes instead of demanding that justice be served.

Never forget.

The nearly extinct LPC and their supporters are like the Cheshire Cat  and the liberal media the grin.

Do Little

And do it With as little conviction as possible ...

The US Supreme Court (You know I just detest that term...but I guess if you are the top of anything you may call yourself whatever you want) .... SCOTUS reduced the whole health care argument today to being matter of symantics.  A 5 to 4 decision allows them all to go home claiming to have done their job and fought the good fight for Consitutional Rule of Law.

It's a TAX they say .... so that makes it A-O-K ........

Well, there were a LOT of people saying that from the getgo ... and even if it tends to pissoff many of those people you can look at the bright side. Heh? Bright Side?  Yes ... bright side ... the SCOTUS just proved by their (unchallengable) authority that POTUS Obama and his entire administration along with the entire Democrat party and establishment .. are liars.

On the other hand this same ruling means that they do not have to take the BLAME for the soon to be felt PAIN of actually giving the government the power to tax you for anything (even it really means forcing you to buy stuff you do not want from people you do not want to buy it from).

 Nor do they have to take they pain of criticism (meaning accusations of R-A-C-I-S-M) for undoing the affirmitive action president's work of hubris.

Also ... it will take a while (I think ... but we will see) for the newly empowered Congress to come up with new ways to abuse their postition through creation of new policies forcing Americans to bend over and take whatever they can dream up.

In a way it does make sense for the justices to pass this off because it puts the onus on the American Voter to tell the goofs they elected where to stick their sticky fingers and sniffing snotty noses.

Question is ... Do the American voters have what it takes to do it?

Watching the Early AM News Today ...

I caught a bit of a soundbite featuring NYC mayor Bloomberg ... He was whining about all the illegal guns in New York.

Funny how that becomes the responsibility of the White House!

Of course .... Bloomberg ... being the liberal sort that he is ....... is really just doing his job in promoting the liberal cause.

Of course .... it is beyond HIM to get psychopathic cons off the streets and keep them off. No responsibility on HIS part. Just blame the "Gun Lobby".  Funny how with the law making it illegal to possess a gun in NYC ... the only guns are the illegal guns in the hands of criminals.

And yet .... Bloomberg must snivel and cry about the inaction of others in making his life easier.

Morrocan Immigrant Busted by the FBI

I have excerpted a couple of KEY phrases from the AP report ....

A former landlord in Arlington said he believed El Khalifi was suspicious and called police a year and a half ago.

Apparently .... neither local police or  the FBI  had much interest in the jerk until much later ...


Frank Dynda said when he told El Khalifi to leave, the suspect said he had a right to stay and threatened to beat up Dynda. Dynda said he thought El Khalifi was making bombs, but police told him to leave the man alone. Dynda had El Khalifi evicted in 2010.


Of course ... the landlord Dydna thought it was a bother to actually do anything about him ... other than whine .... "I reported to police I think he's making bombs," Dynda said. "I was ready to get my shotgun and run him out of the building, but that would have been a lot of trouble."

Exactly when and why the FBI took notice is a still a bit of a mystery .... I'm guessing they came across the police report and figured they had an easy mark.

What Problem?

While US politicians bend their ever flexible spines in whatever direction it seems the wind may be blowing .... on the matter of immigration threats and border control there seems to be precious little concern ... or even understanding of the nature or scope of threats posed by the lawless nation of Mexico.

Most liberal media seem to think that only issue with the southern US border is the victimhood of migrant labourers ... that and the unfathomable need to ignore the fact that broken laws are actually crimes.

What these members of the Lame Ass Media never bother to get their heads around are things like ... This ... Fifteen TONS of pure methamphetamine !     30,000 pounds .... 480,000 ounces ......13,607,771.1 grams ... who knows how much in dollars .... who knows how much in loss of life and destruction of families and futures?



In relation to Canadian crime stats ... about 1/10 th of the illicit drugs in circulation are ever accounted for. Judging by the state of affairs in Mexico  could we expect even that great a result?


Being generous ... extremely generous ... that would mean a conservative estimate of the outstanding  meth supply  originating in Mexico at any given time would be 150 Tons!

Meanwhile back in Washington ..... "What problem?"
